Mr. Imtaiyazur Rahman
Mr. Imtaiyazur Rahman is the Whole time Director and Acting Chief Executive Officer of UTI Asset Management Co. Ltd. Mumbai. He is the CEO of UTI AMC since August 2018.
He has nearly three decades of experience in management, business leadership, leading change and forming strategic alliances. In his role as Group President & Chief Finance Officer, he headed the functions of Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Information Technology and Board related matters.
Mr. Rahman is on the Board of UTI International (Singapore), UTI International Ltd. Guernsey, UTI Venture Funds Management Co. Pvt. Ltd., UTI Capital Ltd., IOT Infrastructure & Energy Services Ltd., UTI Pharma Fund, UTI India Fund, UTI Rainbow Fund and UTI Retirement Solutions Ltd.
In the past, he was a Director on the Board of Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) and the Convenor of the AMFI Committee on Foreign Investment. He was also on the Investment Committee & Capital Market Committee of IMC, and National Committee on Finance of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).
Prior to UTI, he has worked with Bells Controls Ltd., Leasing Finance India Ltd. and Sumeet Machines Ltd.
Mr. Rahman is a Science graduate, Fellow of Institute of Cost Accountants of India, Fellow of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, CPA (USA) and GAMP (ISB-Kellogg)
Mr. Tan Woon Hum
Mr Tan Woon Hum is currently a partner of Shook Lin & Bok LLP, a Singapore law firm and has been with the firm since December 2003. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with a LLB (Honours) Degree in 1995 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1996. Mr Tan obtained his MBA (Finance) from the University of Leicester in 2000. He has been in private legal practice since 1996 and specializes in trust, asset and wealth management. He advises on the establishment of traditional and alternative funds including related licences and exemptions for fund management companies, as well as the establishment and listing of REITS.
Mr. Praveen Jagwani
Mr. Praveen Jagwani, CEO – UTI International Ltd. & UTI International Singapore Pte. Limited. Praveen has 22 years of experience in financial services and has been with UTI International since 2009. He started his career with ANZ Grindlays Bank and worked with them in India, Australia and Bahrain across Credit, Consumer Finance, Systems & Private Banking. He later joined Standard Chartered Bank and built the Wealth Management and Investment Advisory business in the Middle East. He was appointed the Chief Investment Officer for Middle East & South Asia and was responsible for Product, Research, Certification and Compliance. He then joined Merrill Lynch and worked with them in London and Dubai in their Hedge Fund & Private Equity Advisory business. Praveen holds a graduate degree in Computer Science (B.Sc.) and a Masters degree in Operations Research (M.Sc) from Delhi University. He also has a Masters of Business Administration from XLRI Jamshedpur and has completed the Chartered Financial Analysis (CFA) program from CFA institute USA.
Mr. Mark Tennant FRSA
Mark has had a career in the City of London which has spanned 43 years and included executive responsibilities in sales, marketing, strategy and portfolio management. He has held a number of CEO and chairmanship roles. He retired from JP Morgan in March 2018 after 27 years, 15 of which were in senior roles in Global Custody and then subsequently in the Investment Bank.
During his career he has worked in both Hong Kong and New York
Prior to joining the City he was a nurse and was then commissioned into the Scots Guards where he served for 7 years
He is currently Chairman of BMOGAM Private Equity Trust plc, Chairman of Centrica Pensions and a Trustee of the Royal Hospital Chelsea
Ms. Fatima Khellafi
Fatima Khellafi is a Senior Legal Counsel at T. Rowe Price and a Vice President of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. Fatima joined T. Rowe Price in 2009, to head the Asia-Pacific Legal Department. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, she worked for over 6 years as a Corporate Counsel within the European Legal Team of Franklin Templeton Investments. Fatima graduated from the Law University of Strasbourg where she completed a Master in Business Law. She also obtained a Masters in International Business Law from the University of Montpellier I and is an English qualified solicitor.
